‘Inventory’ is an installation of nine up-cycled porcelain plates, combining silk-screen and digitally printed ceramic transfers. The piece develops another strand of Dixon’s V&A residency research, exploring the documentary and catalogue materials found in the V&A’s historical archives, and overlaying these with Dixon’s museum drawings, taken mainly from the classical sculpture collections.
